About Me
I’m a person, doing a thing. I’m sometimes serious, but often times relaxed. I’m a bit weird humored.
I’m a computer mad scientist. I barely have a real degree, my job has me wearing a number of interesting hats. So I’ve learned to be a bit of a everything from server administrator, database admin, network guru, software reviewer, quality, writing bad scripts, coming up with clever ideas. I’m not always sure I like the job, but I do like most of the people I work with and I enjoy the work it generates.
I have a bit of a adrenline-seeking behavior as my partner calls it: rock-climbing, hiking, rollercoasters, white-water rafting. However, I’m also not overly fit either, I consider it ‘barbarian physique’, though I could probably throw my climbing mates, so I’ll take that as a win as they’d fail to do the same.
I also enjoy playing video games (not as much as I used to do, but I love Factorio). Probably a lot more of a tabletop role-playing game person as both player/DM. I read a good bit (audiobooks included), but these days it’s more news, long form articles (philosophy, history, new concepts) , but books still have a place.
I got a bit of the autism (dx), and probably ADHD, plus a collection of related others from existing.
